Meet McKenna Lelah, the chef behind Riley's. McKenna's journey began in the kitchens of establishments like Osteria Mozza with Nancy Silverton, Otium with Tim Hollingsworth, and Dialogue with Dave Beran. Her passion for fresh, locally-sourced ingredients sparked the inception of HandPicked, her venture into the world of farmers market produce sourcing.

As a chef, McKenna experienced the challenge of balancing a professional cooking lifestyle with a commitment to health. Her sister, Riley, guided her towards embracing a wholesome lifestyle centered around whole ingredients.

Throughout her career, McKenna's dressings, sauces, and marinades consistently garnered praise. Fueled by her sister's unwavering support and frustration with the lack of quality dressings available in stores, Riley’s was born!

Today, Riley's stands as a testament to McKenna's culinary experience and her dedication to crafting products that are not only delicious but nourishing. With each bag of Riley's dressing, we want you to see that you can have convenience without compromising flavor, whole ingredients, and versatility.

Matthew is a chef, designer, and creative force behind Riley’s, working alongside his wife, McKenna. As Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, he blends culinary expertise with design sensibility to shape the brand’s identity and overall experience. With a background in high-level cooking and a passion for visual storytelling, he ensures every product looks as good as it tastes.

Above all, he values collaboration, partnering with like-minded entrepreneurs to build something greater than just great products.

Riley is the inspiration and driving force behind Riley’s. Though not a chef, she recognized a gap in the market—struggling to find a dressing that aligned with her lifestyle while still delivering on flavor. As the brand’s target customer, she offers invaluable insight into consumer preferences, serving as the ultimate taste tester.

With her passion, support, and sharp market awareness, Riley continues to shape the brand, ensuring it creates products people love.

Having consistently worked in male-dominated industries and often being the only woman in the kitchen, I am committed to ensuring that Riley's supports as many small, female-led businesses as possible throughout our process.
