Sea-Sar Tuna Salad

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
20 oz canned tuna or fish of choice, packed in water or olive oil* See Notes
1 cup celery, cut in half lengthwise then sliced, (from 2-3 sticks celery)
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped (1/2 medium red onion)
3 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp capers, chopped
1 cup Riley’s Sea-Sar
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Instructions:
Drain tuna and lightly flake into a bowl.
Combine with remaining ingredients and season with kosher salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on your favorite gluten free bread or crackers.
Notes:
I try my best to use sustainable tinned fish, this is a good reference for which brands to look out for and how to best choose sustainable tinned fish.
