Sea-Sar Tuna Salad

Riley's Vegan Sea-sar sauce tuna salad crackers

Riley's Sea-Sar Tuna Salad ingredients

Ingredients: 

  • 20 oz canned tuna or fish of choice, packed in water or olive oil* See Notes 

  • 1 cup celery, cut in half lengthwise then sliced, (from 2-3 sticks celery)

  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped (1/2 medium red onion)

  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp lemon zest 

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 

  • 2 tbsp capers, chopped 

  • 1 cup Riley’s Sea-Sar

  • Kosher salt 

  • Black pepper 


Instructions: 

  1. Drain tuna and lightly flake into a bowl. 

  2. Combine with remaining ingredients and season with kosher salt and pepper to taste. 

  3. Serve on your favorite gluten free bread or crackers.
